Gourmet Chicken Sandwich

Worse meal ever, dry , cheap onions, no sauce and cost $12 without a drink!!! Never eat at Panera again

Stealing my money but not giving me all the food I paid for!! Not answering the phone either!!

One of the items we ordered was not put in the bag when we came to pick up our order. My husband drove there and back home before realizing his sandwich was not there. I tried calling the store at least 4 times and it just kept ringing then hung up on me!! Not only has my money been STOLEN, but PANERA is not available to make this right. I am not going to drive back to this store since gas prices are incredibly high.

Cannot call Customer Service - number does not work

I was trying to cancel my Sip Club as they never have coffee or cold drinks available in any stores I visit. I do not necessarily love their coffee either. I could not call Customer Service phone listed on website. I also could note email them or even call the Corporate Office?? This is very poor service.

Had pretty good experience dining in over the past a few weeks. Today, it's my first time tried to take out for a home dinner for the lunar new year eve.

Since we are vegetarians and not taking carbs, very few items are suitable to order. But the 10 Vegetarian Soup and Salads had been pretty good. So ordered as such (2 bowl size soup and a full size Fuji Apple Salad without chicken). Went home and opened the bag, the salad was good, but the soup orders were in CUP size!

Check the invoice and the order slip, and both indicated BOWL size. Called the restaurant location phone number 8 times and the Toll-free number once in a span of 2 hours without a single call being answered by a human. Frustrated, needless to say, especially the occasion was ruined. By the way, the cashier did not offer options of bread, chips, or apple as previously experienced.

Ended up nice breads were wasted, spending most of the time on taking photos of the food, invoice, and the measurement of the soup volume (no more than 1.5 cup). Tried to report this to the restaurant (Fremont, Calif.) and the toll-free customer service. 8+1 times. All just built up the frustration.

Was this an isolated occurrence or a common practice?

Surely hope it's not the latter. Shouldn't the restaurant or the organization be responsible to providing food in lesser quantity than what was paid by your customer?

I had made a delivery order on the Panera Bread app the other day, and the driver delivered the food to the wrong address. They had never even called me to make sure they were at the right place. After I submitted a complaint, Panera made sure to promptly and properly send me my order at no extra charge.

Sandwich so small is a "Bite to eat"

I avoid this place because has always been overpriced. But I received a 1 day special coupon of $10 off anything, so I got the pick 2, half sandwich and bowl of soup.

The website gave me headache trying to place the order, kept deleting one of my picks. Took 30 minutes to go through correctly. The pictures show big bowls unlike the small container I got. Even first received a cup size order at first, but I happened to check my order before I left and was so disgusted how small that was that they did see I paid for the larger bowl and exchanged it.

Still the bowl order was still a cup or less than a full pint you can buy at grocery store for less. But the biggest disappointment was the half sandwich- chkn avocado melt. The chicken was like a spoonful of mush spread on a 3" or less square bread with two slim slivers of browned avocado. 3 bites, done.

5.79 for that! Though after the $10 coupon, I still paid $2 for these tasty bites that left me hungry.

Thanks Panera for letting me know why I don't come here! I guess I got what I paid for, $2 or less worth of food that would have cost over $12.
