I was just at your New Hyde Park location for breakfast today (Sunday, June 24th) and I was extremely disappointed on several counts: 1) The caffeine-free Diet Pepsi fountain was broken. I alerted an associate and waited 15 minutes. Nobody fixed it. Then I went to the...

If a machine tab on a soda fountain is broken they can't magically fix it - and they offer an entire booklet on nutritional info right by the door in plain view. They can't put in on the menu because it'd be too much info. Pick up the lil booklet and read it if its such a big deal you lazy wuss.

Panera Bread in San Jose, California - Panera restaurant - San Bernardino

Fed up with standing in line to put in an order while people at register chit chat, chit chat with others. Fed up - walked out today and took my biz elsewhere. I was in Panera on 6/1/12 in San Bernardino on "Hospitality" (ironic name)..kept waiting, waiting while people at register wasted time making small talk with others or left register all together to run other errands. Walked out and went over to SubWay where treated much much better. If Panera doe not have time for customers in line waiting to place an order, I'm sure another restaurant does!

I would really like to see you work a register at Panera Bread. Whatever "chit chat" was going on was probably with other customers, which is acceptable and great customer service.

Do you have any idea how many questions a cashier at Panera has to ask to wrench an order from a customer? About fifteen. And if the cashier was leaving their register to run errands, what is it to you? Errands must be run to keep the store running and open so people can come in a get food, duh!

Or in your case, walk in, see a long line, and instantly tap into your sense of entitlement and get angry that you have to wait AT ALL. Next time pack a lunch, we don't want people like you in our store anyway.

Panera Bread - Elizabethtown KY

I went to the Panera Bread location in Elizabethtown, KY and ordered three sandwiches with soup, three cookies and three pastries. When I got home - the cookies and pastries (over $14) were missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said they definitely forgot to put the cookies and pastries in the bag. Since I live a long way from the store returning the same day was no an option. The manager said the only thing she could do is offer me a coupon. Since when is a coupon considered a refund when a business fails to do their job? I guess I will call the bank on Tuesday and see what I have to do to deny part of the charge.

You obviously didn't realize that the pastries are in the bakery, not at the food counter. Did you think they magically teleported the cookies to the other end of the store?

when you picked up your sandwiches and soup did it look like the same place where you would also get cookies and pastries???? Pay attention. the bakery is at the other end of the place.

Well you forgot to do your job was to check the bag for everything. Mistakes happened and you both made a mistake.

If you call the bank I sure hope you don't accept the coupon. Because that is like taking advantage of both your and their mistake.

on 1/10/2012 shopped at Panera Bread on Woodbridge Center Dr. in Woodbridge NJ. I opened the bag in my office and put a knife through the bun I purchased, here came out a 10' long black hair. I called the store manager, without any apologies, she asked me to go back so...

What did you get that had a "bun"? We don't have anything on a bun.

Also, you lose your hair around your house all the time, as do people who visit your house. People act like a piece of hair is infected with some flesh eating disease.

We all have it, we all lose it, it's not disgusting. It's unfortunate, but you should probably find a way to get over it, and if you can't think about re-prioritizing your life.

Not all Panera Breads are bad. The one I work at does NOT sell expired foods, water down the soup, etc.

I was at the store in Port Orange,FL and purchased coffee and sweet roll. As I went to a table I tripped on the electric cord a customer had strung between the table and the all, directly across the aisle. I have difficulty walking because of a foot injury and...

This is rich. You honestly think it's Panera Bread's fault that a customer strung their cord across the floor?

Even if this did happen exactly like you said, which I doubt, nobody who works at Panera can chastise another customer-at all. We can not tell them what to do. If they want to put their laptop on the floor in the lobby and sit there, we can not stop them. So you getting angry with the company makes no sense, and what the heck did you think they were going to do for you?

You clearly just want attention/free things. You need to find other problems in your life to solve, as this does not even fall in that category.

My Panera's in Palm Beach has posted on the menu: "You Pick Two -- $6.79" Meaning you can choose any two of your choice of sandwich, soup, salad. So I asked for the "Pick Two" special, placed my order, got my change (without counting it) and now...

how a "you pick two" is charged is clearly posted on the menu, read it! If you don't get it, ask the cashier. Don't assume something and throw a fit

Parmesan costs money, it you cannot afford to pay for it do without, or get a job and pay for it.

White-Rhonda, you can make a scene all you want, but they can call the cops on you. Also this is not how an adult behaves now s it?
