Coffee subscription not working/ on hold for 12 minutes and no answer

I had my coffee subscription automatically renewed (got they email) but it's not showing up in my account. I have tried to call to straighten this out and I have been on hold for over 12 minutes (and no indication how many calls are in front of me). Very poor customer service for a long-time customer who purchases lunch several times a week.

Harassments

I went Panera bread and a strange guy approached me at my table too close to me and I just left. It happened before and I was talking with staffs at the store and she looked a a manger and she told me to call 911, if it happens again. It happened again; I just left the table and the store. I was not able to call 911

Difficulty logging in

Panera app does not remember password, and when trying to get email to reset password, that takes me back in a loop to request another email and then will not let me reset the password after all the trouble, then locks out my account for too many attempts. Needed to call customer service to get alternate password to use. Wastes a lot of time on a Sunday afternoon when I could be watching football or something. Wound up not ordering from Panera after all that.

Always mess up my ofer

I have made multiple Panera orders where they completely mess up my order and charge me for a larger size or something completely wrong. I have been trying to get my money back but havent been able to get ahold of anyone.

Complaint.

The worst service Ive ever received in any drive-through anywhere I was literally in line for one hour. No apologies no explanations. I wouldve left but after I committed 30 minutes to waiting in line I decided I was still going to get lunch for myself and my mother. Panera owes me for this one. Also the employees were not wearing masks one had his below his chin another one below her nose. This is the Panera in Roseville Michigan. Terrible service terribly slow and I bet they got my order wrong

Mask policy

Sign outside entrance door CLEARLY states " masks REQUIRED inside". Then, another sign at order counter states "masks REQUIRED to order. Two women entered the St. Augustine Cobblestone site ahead of us this am. Neither of them wore a mask. They proceeded to the order counter and were allowed to order w/o a mask. The manager told us they are not allowed, by you at corporate, to deny service w/o a mask. Take your ridiculous signs down if you won't let the franchise enforce the mask policy. Your website says you are trying to protect your customers. BS. Will never return to any Panera cafes.

Couldn’t pay with gift card

I bought $250 gift card on September 6th 2020 online. Today September 10th I placed an online order and they wouldnt accept my gift card. Really sucks. No wonder they had to close some stores. Customers beware, dont buy gift cards or frequent this business. They take your money upfront and then you have to use alternative payment method. Very unfair. Not the first time this happened. Proper authorities should investigate this. Lets see if I hear from corporate office

about the coffee club I joined it back in July and I was supposed to have a charge for September well I noticed I didn't until today I have a charge for 972 I tried calling one of your stores and they said they didn't know if that was the right since it was $8.99 that they didn't think tax was added so they told me to call you I was online for 58 minutes never could get through to a associate to see if that was what that charge was so I was wanting to find out if it's 972 and not 899 that's going to be going out of my account every month so would somebody send me a text or send me an email I would really appreciate it thank you.lisa swope phone number with account 417693**** .

I went to my local Panera bread and ordered 13 bagels this morning. After receiving an advertisement for "Bagel Tuesday" where you get 13 bagels for $6.99 I paid full price. The store I sent to had no idea about this promotion. When i called Panera Bread I was told that the promotion is only for corporate stores or stores willing to accept the promotion. I don't think I need to say anything else. This stinks! How am i supposed to know which stores have this promotion?

Cost of a menu item

I paid a enormous amount of money for a 1/2 fuji apple salad. The salad didnt include chicken (per my request). So I paid approximately $7.50 for a few leaves of lettuce 2 tomatoes cut in half a couple dried apple slices 2 pieces of pecans 2 small slices red onion etc. I feel that the price was outrageous especially since chicken was removed. I had same salad one week before the manager didnt charge me that price. Im requesting reimbursed for the salad that I paid for this excuse of a salad.

Panera in holly springs NC is totally disgusting! I think the place is a robbery on prices, the food quality is pitiful! I ate my sandwich in two bites, and my salad was nasty! The food itself tastes old! Looks like they have a team of crackheads running things, and the managers act like they don't care! The whole place needs to just fall in! I will make sure the world knows this place is a waste of time!!! You will not get anymore of my money or time!
