Worst chicken salad recipe ever

I usually drive through and get soup! The chicken salad has no flavor, is mostly grapes and falls completely apart with 1 bite. There is absolutely no flavor. I have tried but I will be driving further for real chicken salad!! They brought me half a grilled cheese, not good at all. I paid 12.60 for a bowl of soup and a few chips, no drink. The half sandwiches did not get eaten!

Expensive wrap and small size

I just ordered Curbside Pickup from Panera in Champions Gate, Davenport, FL, (Location# 204261) Order# 46127****. One item on the order was a "Bacon, Scrambled Egg &; Tomato Wrap" for $5.59. When ordering the photo clearly displayed (2) pieces of the wrap, but I only received (1) piece about 4 1/2" in length. This was NOT acceptable for a $5.59 wrap. I was going to bring it back, but it was a 20 minute drive back to the location. I called the location and spoke with the manager and she said that was the size and price and couldn't do anything to help me. I told her that I was going to advice Panera Corporate Customer Relations of the issue. This was not acceptable answer and poor customer service.

Gift card sent to wrong email

The young lady told me to just go to another store. I said that wont work if it didnt work the first time. She said it is loadEd with the proper amount and there was nothing else she could do. I asked to talk with a supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back and after a half hour of waiting to speak with someone hung up. I was hoping they could load another gift card and void the one I have since she could she my gift card and amount. Im not sure what to do now???

Poor quality salad

Panera Bread - Poor quality salad
I used love Panera Bread Asian sesame chicken salad. In the last 2 years the quality has really decreased. When I order the salad I want the romaine lettuce not a bowl of the romaine veins. This is not a salad, it's gross. I live in PA and recently traveled to N. Carolina. Though I'd give it a try again. Same thing romaine veins and no mandarin oranges and ridiculous amount of wontons. Very sad to say the quality is not there anymore. Soup too - no veggies in the garden vegetable soup - a few corn kernels, celery and tomatoes. Below is a picture of what I pulled out of my salad. With that much vein you can see I didn't really get a salad. My silverware was not washed at all and had to ask for clean silverware.

Promo code they are offering was not applied to my order

I placed an order through Panera for curbside pickup. I used their promo code CURBSIDE5, which was to give me $5 off of my order. When I got home I realized that the $5 was not credited. I Googled Panera and called the number listed for customer care. I stayed on the line be careful of Panera's promo codes be careful for 30-minutes the first time and 32 the second, listening to a recurring message saying that my call was important to them. I got no answer either time. I wrote to them on Facebook Messenger, and the end result was that since the promo was lasting till July 12th, I should order something again and try to use their promo code. This was unacceptable to me. Why should I have to order again? I called their headquarters office, and once again, was on hold for 17 minutes, listening to a message saying my call was important to them, and no one answered. I finally hung up. Where is their public relations? Where is their customer care? Where is their customer service? I've tried two online sites that are disabled for Panera's customer care. Extremely frustrating. Extremely disappointing. Does anyone care for customer satisfaction?... I doubt this.

Promo code not applied to my order

I placed an order for curbside pickup, using the promo CURBSIDE5, for which I was supposed to get $5 off my order total. When I realized I that was not applied, I called Panera's customer help number, twice, and was on hold for 30 minutes the first time and 32 the second. I sent a message through their Facebook Messenger site and was told that since this promo was good until July 12th, I could order again and hopefully use it then. That response was totally unacceptable, because I should have received the $5 off my first order. I then called Panera's Headquarters, and was on hold for over 17 minutes before I hung up. Very frustrating. Nowhere to turn to for help. Two of their sites for customer care are disabled. Totally ridiculous!

Covid concerns

Store 601802, Flint, MI, Miller Rd 6/29/20 11:00 am This county, Genesee, has 2,221 covid cases and 263 covid deaths, as of today. This store still uses a customer self-serve cold drink dispenser, with re-use of cups. Women's restroom: automatic flush did not flush, no hand towels in the dispenser. Front door sign: "please wear a mask". Michigan has a government mandate for staff and customers that they MUST wear masks. Customers must wear them at all times except when eating and drinking. Sign is weak, not in compliance with the state, and about 45% of customers wore no masks upon entry. This store is likely a hotspot for virus vectors.

I ordered and was told to pull over and wait for order. I waited 15 min and then went inside. The waitress asked where I was parked and I showed her. She said "oh usually people park over here". I then waited 10 more minutes for my order to be made. That was a total of 25 min. I have never had so many bad experiences in the 10 years of buying from Panera. I am from California and recently moved to St. Louis. I live in Hazelwood and this is the closest Panera to me. I have had at least 4 bad experiences out of @ 10 visits at this store.

I SAY YOU CAN’T CONTROL HOW MUCH SUGAR I WANNA IN MY COFFEE.. WHEN I WAS GOING TO GRAB MY COFFEE, THEY DON’T HAVE DECAF, I ASK FOR THAT, SHE SAY.... I GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK, I SAY NO I WANT MY COFFEE, SHE CALL THE MANAGER AND HE SAY THE SAME.. GIVE MY MONEY BACK.. AFTER WAITING FOR EVER HE DECIDE TO MAKE THAT COFFEE... I WAS VERY MAD, AND CALL YOU GUYS COSTUMER SERVICE, THE LADY WAS TALK TO MY IS VERY RUDE. SHE SAY IF I DON’T HAVE DECAF THERE GO TO ANOTHER STORE.. Morning.... I was in the panera store that day, ask for 10 pack of sugar, she say I only can give you 5. When I pay everything of my request, she say we dont have decaf, I say I Wanna decaf, she say I can give your money back... So I was very mad, because I wanna coffee, no my money back. The same day, I was call costumer service to complain the way the lady was treated me... So, the way I have your employees costumer service treated me was horrible...too.. She extremely recommend if I dont have decaf coffee in that store, go to another one, and I say do you want me drive 10 miles to find another store and have my decaf... she say yes.. And then , I was still angry and complain about, she hang out the call in my face.. Very bad service the way you guys treat the guest... I have 20 years work in the hotel, as a costumer service and never treat my costumer that way.. I have been going to panera for several years, with family and friends, so now maybe I do what your employees say.. Go somewhere else...
