Happened this morning on June 7th about 8:45 this morning, its not the first time this happened they dont have enough muffins or bagels in stock. I understand you bake so many items, but its ridiculous when its still morning and dont have enough muffins on hand. Im not please and will not be visiting a Panera any time soon.

Food/service

The last visit 2 visits in June 2019. The food was not tasty, stingy serving, on several visits it lacked 1-2 if the food items on the sandwich or in a particular selected menu salads etc...This last time I made a complaint to the manager who did not attempt an apology or to correct the issue. I would like to continue patronizing Panera Bread because I know the quality of food has for years been good but it’s falling off lately .

Store Closing

Every time I shopped in Meijers In Gahanna I always had lunch at the location nearby. Today I went and it was closed. I had to drive several miles to the next location. When I asked why it was closed I was told because a new store was going in at Easton which is even farther away. The only other store is in New Albany. Not convenient. I have been going to Panera for years. I guess the bottom line is more important than serving loyal customers. Wtf Shrug

Yes, I have stopped going to panera because of this, the stuff they serve now is hardly food I can recognize. I got a roast beef sandwich as a replacement when I first found out and it was full of gristle and fat. I won't do that again.

I recently visited the Panera Bread located in Pier Park Mall in Panama City Beach, FL and I still can't believe the level of bad service and bad lunch I received!

I ordered the soup and 4 cheese sandwich and what I got after waiting a considerable amount of time was a bowl of soup that was lukewarm and a miserable 4 cheese sandwich ! I went back to the counter to tell them the soup was cold and I was told to throw it away or heat it up myself in the microwave oven that was buried under the coffeepots - it took me awhile to find it too.

After I did that, I returned to my sandwich and couldn't believe what I found when I opened it up because it had little taste. . . I had to take a picture of it so I could send it to you.

It was nothing like the picture and description you offer!! I complained to the cashier and I was told they use a cheese spread. . .

again not what your own menu describes!!

I'm attaching the picture of my sandwich from your website and the photo of what I was given. Needless to say, I'm done with Panera and your false advertising!

Also, it wasn't cheap and no one even offered a refund! So much for your "food as it should be"!!!

This is the second time I have gone to Panera where they have been rude to me in the drive thru. I have always used manners when i ask for things saying “please” and “thank you”. Some of the workers don’t even say anything when you say that or care to greet you or say goodbye to you they just give you a mean look as you drive away. I am not one to complain, but it would be nice if the people at the drive thru would treat customers with respect and kindness.

Panera Bread - Complaint on company
I attempted to call Panera Bread on March 6, 2019 due to the fact I was admitted to the hospital because I am pregnant and was dehydrated. I was not able to come into work. I told my sister (Jazmine Williams) and she informed another manager ( Renita Brown) . I would returned to work on March 7, 2019 with a doctors note. When I tried to give it to my General Manager ( Shannon Taylor) she did not accept it , then told me I was terminated due to “no call no show”

Panera Bread - 1/2 Portion Full Price

How do I post a picture of a less than 1/2 full, large, Mac n cheese I purchased for $8.39? The Pace, FL 32571 location has shorted each of my mac n cheese orders for the past year.

The price is the same yet without any exaggeration the bowls are barely 1/2 full. Panera was always pricey but the food was good and of adequate portions.

No longer. I am fed up and will not be dining there anymore.

The large Mac n cheese is so small that an 8 year old girl would need to order 3 in order to equal one pasta portion at Ruby Tuesday. The price for 3 Mac n Cheese’s would be $24 to feed a kid Mac n cheese. Ridiculous

People are noticing that Panera is putting us on a diet yet charging the same amount. I order a whole soup and a whole salad, not the Pick 2, and I think the bowls are just bigger but the portions are the same.

It’s way to expensive when you pay $20 for lunch for one person. I can go to a much nicer restaurant and get a steak or other entree, with wait staff. Panera actually started putting a tip cup on the counter—how tacky, especially since there is absolutely no service and the customer has to sort their own dishes and trash. I’ve decided I’m not doing the dishes there anymore.

It’s asking enough to carry our own food to the table, requiring several trips and handling those germy pagers. I’m boycotting Panera.

I love Panera Bread !!! Most of all I love their Chicken Ceaser salad, I never write reviews as I’m in the food & beverage industry and when what it’s like when people complain. As the just want something for free . I don’t want anything for free. I just want to let you know that the last 3 times I was at your 26 mile location in Shelby Township it’s been AWFUL . I got my Chicken Ceaser salad and the chicken was frozen, hardly any dressing returned only to get it worse the 2nd time. My husband had your steak sandwich and his cheese was just a block of cheese they didn’t even melt it. The store is dirty with trash and dishes everywhere. There is a gentleman there by the name of Doug not sure what his roll is there ,but he literally took a piece of food licked his fingers and continued working ! That’s is beyond disgusting as we know we need to wear gloves and wash our hands and never eat in front of the line where guest can see us. Maybe he never took the servesafe class to know how first get sick by people doing what he did. I’m very disappointed in the way Panera Bread as a corporation is letting this store work under these awful conditions. Like I said I love Panera Bread , but I surly will never step a foot in the 26 mile location as it disgustingly dirty and the employees don’t care as well as the management team. Please understand I’m not complain to get anything free as I don’t want it. The guy Doug offered us a meal on him next time we go seeing we have had 3 bad experiences and I said thanks , but no thanks I won’t be back . It’s sad that I will have to drive a little further to get Panera Bread when this one is so close to my home.

Disappointing interaction

I am disappointed with my interaction with cashier server. Although she is timely twice now she is curt and not very friendly. When I remarked on this she made connection with her sista another patron and laughed. Then when I brought up a lingustical bluntness inherent in certain foreign languages she totally ignored me. I asked her why she did not even attempt to engage in what is an interesting discursion. My suggestion was incorporating more of a lilt at the end of sentences to mitigate the blunt effect. She addressed the next customer with 'honey' 'sweetie' 'dearie' which frankly seemed even more weird and fake compared to the wonderful charming smile in the eyes look with her sista customer. Okay, I'm not wanting to be on her charm or honey list, but next thing she is screaming about me 'harassing' her to her supervisor. Next customer she is doing a little dancing in front of register.... She's not going to guilt me out of enjoying my breakfast! Shrug
