Honestly, I can't remember the last time I was in a Panera and I didn't have a complaint. I should mention - I don't feel this way at other restaurants.

Just Panera. Missed items, not realized until you're already home, then no answer when you call. Out of at least one of the items you order after 4pm. Never know where to pick up your items.

Or order your food since you can't see lunch menu from breakfast side and vice versa. Employees are always running around from station to station.

Making smoothies and coffee drinks after they ring an order rather than taking the next order. It's always a *** show.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $4.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

They have this pamphlet, it's called a menu, they're usually by the door when you go in. You can also leave the line and peruse the lunch menu and read everything on the wall. It's an amazing feature, you should try it.
