TODAY IS 9/29 AND I HAVE BEEN TO THE BREAD CO TWICE THIS WEEK AND MANY TIMES THIS MONTH. NO ONE TOLD ME I HAD A FREE BAGEL EVERY MONTH THIS MONTH UNTIL TODAY WHEN THE MONTH IS GONE.

IVE NOTICED THAT A LOT, THEY DO NOT LET THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOW. I HAVE BOUGH BAGELS ALL MONTH AND NO ONE INFORMED ME. I AM REALLY THINKING ABOUT NEVER PATRONIZING THEM ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY COMPANY.

THE QUALITY OVERALL OF THEIR FOOD CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN INCREASED BUT THE CONSUMERS JUST DONT SEE THAT. I LIKE FAIR TREATMENT AND I FEEL LIKE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I work at Panera and was told not to tell the customers about the rewards they have. I've been there for over 6 years and I still told them.

I don't care if I'm not following the new rules. The new customer service sucks. What ever happen to the customer is first. I'm looking for a new job.

I can't work for a place that has changed this much. Shame on Panera
