The manager who answered the ordering window is totally out of line and he sets a bad example for his employees. He spouts gibberish for several minutes about nothing and all we want to do is to order.

There is something really wrong with him!! Beware and go elsewhere. I could go on but why? Enough to say he represents the local Panera and it is bad.

Always something wrong with the order...and I mean always. Go only if you are desperate. This complaint website sucks also.

Require people to say more than they want to. I'll bet they don post this complaint which tells you a lot.

Preferred solution: Get rid of the manager.
