Visited Panera Bread at Barracks Road in Charlottesville today at around 12:30pm. There was a line and only 2 cashiers and 1 of the cashiers was a manager.
He preceded to close his line and made the statement when he passed us in line that if we didn't want to wait we could use the Kiosk.
He then got on his cell phone and walked to the kitchen. When waiting for my order to be picked up, he came back to help get the orders delivered to the tables and one of the employees was looking at a receipt to make sure it was correct and jerked the receipt out of his hand and told him to take another order.
I do not feel that his attitude was good for business and he definitely should not treat his employees like this.
