Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Another manager got involved and baked the pastry ring so I was able to get before my event
I went at 10 to pick it up. No one could find it. I askeded where the manager was they said she is outside. 5 minutes later she strolls in and says they must have sold it.
No Im sorry or anything. I asked her how can she manage from outside the store her response was do you want something else. I had ordered it to take to an event I had today.
They ruined my day. I will never go back and I hope everyone who reads this thinks twice before being a customer there.

I have been calling all Year for a refund!
I have been calling all year for a refund on 3 $25.00 gift cards that I bought last year. I gave them for Christmas gifts but when they tried to use them they were told the account was closed!
Where is my $75.00?? I have 3 case #s
837632, 846146 and the last 885337.
The last email I received is them telling me that I have to get a letter from my bank. I have called my bank several times. They know nothing of this $75.00.I am a disabled, widowed senior citizen and this is a lot of money to me.
It is nothing to a large corporation like Panera Bread. This is ridiculous!!
Today I was told by the person I was talking to that his supervisor would call me in 20 minutes, No One Called!!
I have 2 of the gift cards back that I purchased but still cant get any help.

Worst experience ever at a panera! Ordered online, went in to pick it up.
Double-checked it before I left to make sure as I was driving 3.5 hours away. There was something that seemed to be incorrect, so I tried to question it and understand if I Miss placed it online. As I'm asking the takeout young lady, the manager (Courtney) rudely jumps into the conversation and says she will remake it. Okay, no problem, but I was just wanting, i understand still.
So I see a gentleman manager sitting to the side, and I figured I would politely ask him while I waited.
He acknowledged me and answered my question. I thanked him and asked if I needed something remade, and I let him know they were already doing so. As I was standing to the side waiting. Courtney, the manager, came walking up quickly, saying how I'm getting a refund, and if I kept making a scene, she was going to call the cops.
I was so confused as to how things escalated. I asked where I was being rude and causing a scene. She proceeded to threaten me with a cop being called. I just stood there baffled.
I'm waiting around for my refund receipt as she literally went and called the cops on me. With my family to my side, here came 2 cops walking in, basically telling me I'm not welcomed back because she felt I was causing a sense. When I was trying to wait for my order and understand my perhaps mistake.
Moral of this experience when you order online and you double check it and question. Becareful.
You may get 86d and embarrassed in front of your family and the inter establishment. #CourtneyistheirGM worst GM I have ever met.
That's not how you run an establishment.
Staff all stairing because she got them all worked up. Because she was having a bad day during the lunch rush.
What a way to make the customer feel 100% uncomfortable and disrespected and be littled.
Preferred solution: Speak to someone who can coach this supposedly general manager. Because this isn't okay and I'm am not satisfied with the wait I was treat and put down and be little over me trying to understand my order and get it correctly.

User's recommendation: I was shocked at the response I got when I talked to the manager . I asked him if he would eat things that bugs had been on . He told me that he had been eating things out of that counter all day!

While I was in the customer row, the manager woman called the customer next to me. I said to her, I am a customer, why are you calling the customer behind me?
I call whatever I want, I do whatever I want.
What are you like to me? She was also doing bad advertising of...
She caused a lot of damage to Panera in this restaurant. They restored the shop and closed every corner and made the shop smaller just because people were sitting there drinking tea. Now when this woman became a manager, she restored everything to its previous state. This woman is a treacherous woman.
Like Panera, it has a belief in God that it gives people the opportunity to drink tea. There is a saying that it hurt the maraba when Aga was distributing his goods, so the name of the woman who is this manager is Khadiya el Toruna, as far as I know, and this woman manager does not suit that store at all.
The previous manager was more polite, I would be happy if what is necessary is done. You can contact me if you want any time.
User's recommendation: Customer data is a blessing. Customers are not queued according to whether they are rich or poor. If there is a queue everywhere, the transaction is made according to the person next in line.
