Panera Bread - Condescending manager, wrong order
We ordered with rapid pick up from Latham Farms, NY, I grabbed order and drove back home. Found I didn't get 1 souffle and the other was wrong.
Looking at receipt saw that the one souffle was changed and there was an X next to the other. So knowing my order was wrong, they still had it on the pick up shelf. I drove back and talked to the manager, 3 times he said " you know it was a late order" like it was my fault. If you don't have product, don't let me order it We have had other issues with rapid pick up, but not in a while.
But when every 3rd or 4th order is wrong, it gets frustrating. Very unhappy, won't be going back for a long time.
