Dear Panera Bread Customer Service,
Im writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Belpar, Canton Ohio along with Arlington Road, Akron Ohio. Not only was my order incorrect, but the customer service I received was also below expectations.
Specifically, I ordered a catering order for delivery for a client meeting - it was delivered and missing items.

No dressing for the salad, wrong soups. Also, on Thursday I went to the drive thru for an order I placed for another client meeting - the lady at the window was extremely rude and I was again missing items - she handed me the items and walked away - I had to yell into the window and ask if that was it - if I was done - she says, "yep"...I left, got to work - and guess what - missing all the fruit cups and the cream cheese spread for the bagels.
I expected better attention to detail and professionalism, especially from a brand known for its quality and service.
I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and corrected. Id also like to know what steps are being taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.

I used to go to Panera bread all the time. My family would always give me gift cards. No more, they have gone downhill. Customer service is very bad. I will not go back. I am now a customer of Einstein Brothers bagels.

Panera on NW FRW., Houston, Tx. I walked in the door 10 minutes from closing to pick up my bread order. Never been treated so rudely in my life by Brianna. I wish ya had cameras!! It's a wonder this Paneras has any business at all! Panera has DELICIOUS food but my family nor I will spend our money in such a hostile environment again!
