I ordered a sandwich and a soup with a piece of baguette, not only they messed up this simple order given that the employees were kept talking to each other while talking my order but when i walked back in to where i got my order and politely asked one of the staff if he can fix my order and he murmured something and passed by me with a "not my problem" attitude , that alone angered me alot so walk up to cash and staff are walking around and talking to each other about some trivial stuff and no one seems to come up to me and ask me if everything is ok, even though i kept saying to every single one employee can you help me here plz?
I was extremely close to losing it until some lady which seemed like the manager came up to me after 15 min. waiting around and asked practically begging every employee to address my problem.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
