For the third time in four weeks, the staff at the Panera Bread location in Redlands, California has gotten the placed order wrong. I have gone into the site, ordered bagels for a certain date (two days ahead) and a notice has been sent that the order is ready on the same day placed.

When I've tried to call on the phone, I have been unable to contact the staff since the call is cut off prior to being able to talk to anybody. Have been at other Panera sites and the service is significantly better.

You obviously have very inadequate staff at this location. You may want to look into this matter if care to do so since you will begin loosing customers as you have lost this one already
