Terrible long wait..15 minutes for coffee & bagel....staff could careless..The manager laughing in kitchen, then walked out from such, smiled, and walked away. Customer service is very poor, any other store would have failed years ago with this type of service, appears to be the only "fast" breakfast restaurant open at location, thus no choice, (reminded me of East Germany prior to wall coming down...zoned out workers, long lines, no smiles, terrible life).
The shift manager should be fired, this was to be a fast churn and burn store, it's more like "lets all wait forever".
The employees all were zoned out, I won't be back to this location! Terrible experience.
