Panera bread is complete crap.I ordered delivery today at 11am and did not receive my parfait.
I told the delivery guy that I did not receive the parfait and he said someone could come back out. 45 minutes later, I call customer service to request for a reason and at 3PM, Panera bread contacts me back to state that they don't do refunds and that they'll give me a gift card. The supervisor also stated that the delivery guy told her that I never told him about the parfait.
I asked them to just bring the parfait, and they never did.They're a bunch of liars and this wouldn't be the first time Panera Bread has screwed me over.
