I ordered from Panera Bread in Rego Park, NY. I tried their express pickup expecting that it would make things easier.
I didn't notice that they had missed an item until I was home. I called to try and get it taken care of. The manager refused to give me a refund for the items. She said that since I ordered it online she couldn't do anything about it.
WHAT!!! What kind of company has an online business, doesn't provide you with the items, and then expects you to pay. Extremely unprofessional franchise. I've contacted their corporate and will see if they are better.
This is the prefect way to ruin an online company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
