I work in an busy office. Twice a week I order lunch..

the other days I bring leftovers.. I try to stay healthy and order from Panera Bread in Bowling Green Oh. But I have never gotten my food and it was correct. NEVER....

I keep trying and giving them chances and it is never right. I have called and spoken to the manager Doug and he never cared. I am just extremely disappointed and now will have to find another healthy place that delivers. My entire building warned me about ordering from this location but I did not listen.

Just FYI Panera you have an entire building that will never order from you any more. that is terrible. All we want is our order correct. that is it and to not be charged twice and when we call you just simply say, well it will go back on soon.

what.. wow.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
