Last night I ordered for a Rapid Pickup for our office breakfast meeting this morning. Before leaving to pick up my order, I called to make sure it was being prepared.
They never looked to see if they had any online orders. Suffice to say, I had to make other arrangements to get breakfast. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I spoke to the manager and told her that if they don't know to check for online orders when they open in the morning, they shouldn't offer that service.
This is very poor customer service. She apologized, which I have heard before. They need to get a better system for online ordering.
I worked food service for 30 years. I know there are systems out there that work.
