I order panera online almost every week day. Yesterday, I ordered a salad, I go to use my credit card today, and the card is declined.

I login into my account and Panera had charged my card 4 times for the same order!!! $11.32 four separate times. My credit card company had already reversed 2 of the charges, without me even calling them, but one of the extra charges is still on there. I call Panera to see if they can reverse it, because my bank is closed, and they tell me it will take them 15 Business Days!

WTF. That is totally unacceptable.

When I spoke with customer service, she seemed to suggest that it was totally reasonable. I don't think so!

Product or Service Mentioned: Panera Bread Customer Care.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $11.

I liked: Food.

I didn't like: Charged me 4 times for one salad, Very poor customer service on the 800 number.
