On 8/18/2019 I looked on Panera website to see which soups were available. I ordered the chicken and rice from their available listing. When I got to the Factoria Mall Store, Bellevue, WA I was told..Oh, we did not make that today. I purchased 3 bowls of chicken and...

Panera Bread in Williamsville, New York - Prices Ridiculous!

1.8
Details
pricing is out of control. I wanted a cup of chicken noodle soup. But then I saw the difference was one dollar to get a bowl instead so I decided to get the bowl. One bowl of soup was $6.59-6.79 before tax! Even to make matters worse when I got home and opened the container it was 1 inch below the rim. I measured the contents in a measuring cup. It was one Cup of soup in that bowl. To pay close to seven dollars for one cup of soup is asinine. They should be ashamed. The amount of soup I could buy anywhere else I could get so much more. Their prices are ridiculous. Their You Pick Two choice is also ridiculously priced as well you will spend $16-$20 —- soooo not worth it!

Panera Bread in Clarksburg, West Virginia - Shocking Sodium

3.2
Details
Be careful if you are trying to eat healthy at Panera by choosing their low calorie chicken noodle soup. One bowl has more sodium in it then is suggested for your entire daily intake. Extremely disappointing that their "clean" food is not so clean. Many other food products are also high in sodium.

Had occasion to stop at the store in Rockville, MD. Ordered a cup of soup and a tuna sandwich. The sandwich had maybe (being generous) a half of teaspoon of tuna on bread so hard it was inedible. The soup was a cup of hot water with two noodles and a small piece of...

Oh I so agree with this review! My daughter and I were just discussing this today how Panera is not filling her up even when she doesn’t order the Pick 2, but instead gets a full sandwich instead of half, and “bowl” of soup instead of a cup.

How would a grown man eat there and see the value in the meal? The bowls are huge but the food takes up very little room! It’s a joke. The food is not exceptional, barely better than fast food, yet they give you worn out plastic plates and bowls and silverware that they make you carry and then clean yourself.

Why not go disposable, so we can just dump everything in the trash when finished? Or at least bring the food to us or clean off the table. I don’t mind fixing my own drink, but please keep the kids and straws full. I DO mind carrying my own plates without even a tray.

They give you a plate to balance your soup bowl and sandwich on. Since we order a whole soup and whole sandwich each at a cost of $40 for 2 people, that is 4 plates. It would be nice to have a tray. What if a patron is on crutches, or a wheelchair???

No service, small portions, ok food, same price as every other lunch place in the area=negative value. We are paying too much for the Panera experience. Either lower the price, increase the service, or increase the portion size, or people are going to notice and stop eating there.

I’m not motivated to go back. There are plenty of better choices with more bang for the buck.

Recently, you changed the noodles in the Low Fat Chicken Noodle soup to thick rubbery planks. It's like eating pasta raw, and it's awful. This was the only kind of soup I really loved. There are too many gummy noodles, the carrots are crunchy (not cooked) and I even...

Chicken noodle soup 85% broth. The tables need a deep cleaning to remove gummy/tacky residue. Managment/ empl problem. Spoke with a customer serv rep Oct 5. She was very interested. Stated she would email a gift card for a return visit. But did not receive it....
