Panera Bread - Horrible management

Yesterday 01/20/2019 I went to pick up my online order and I found the most disrespectful Manager to be served by. I asked him to exchange my side order and he slammed the items on the counter. I really felt like I wanted to throw my hole order at him. He was super rud and when I left his staff was laughing with him about the way he treated me. It’s unbelievable!

Panera Bread - Worst customer service ever

ordered gift card 12/3/18. still have not received. 12/14/2018. When you call guest services they keep telling you it takes so many business days to receive purchase, but the date keeps extending. I'm pretty sure my business will go to a competitor from now on because this company has no idea what true customer service/resolution is.
