Place order online. Never received the food. Took the money from my card. A total of 73 dollars. Was told they would refund it. Said it will take 5 to 7 business days. Called 2 weeks later. Was then told 30 days 4 refund. Past thirty days. Next call. I'm letting them know. I am placing a complaint. With the better of business Bureau . This was alton illinios panera bread.

Today 9/13/2017 at approximately 9 am my grand daughter and I went to Panera in La Costa at the Forum. We were not greeted by the cashier who was very rude to us. I complained to the manager and he said he would speak to her. There are so many people that would appreciate that job and would treat the customers politely. That is the least we can expect as customers.

Panera Bread - Forever wait

Waited 30 minutes for food. Restaurant not busy. Then server advised out of bread. Lol, they are a bread company. All i ordered was a bowl of soup. Had to wait for them to put a half of sandwich on different bread. I've been a loyal customer for years, but lately service is so poor, rethinking continuing to frequent this establishment.
