Three times in the past several weeks there has been an error with my order. Twice I have pre-ordered over phone a souffle and upon picking up order, it wasn't even started, or even documented that I had I called.!!!!

After waiting 15 minutes, they got the order wrong. The next souffle that Icalled in an hour before picking it up, they again did not have the order started and I was late for an appointment, The last time, I went thru the drive thru I received a completely different order. I love Panera, but I will not be a customer under such poor management. Please consider getting a new manager.

Tim Hortons is on the same strip as Panera and they have never gotten my order incorrect. Thank you.
