I totally understand, I had the same experience with this company. They don't care, and the Manager or should I say the GM, could care less.

They promised me they would send a gift card, and needless to say, we never got it.

Do yourself a favor, and don't eat at the Panera Bread off of walnut street in Cary.

The Rapid Pick up is great and the app makes it all soooo easy! Order & pay online, zip into the open parking space right in front & pick up food without having to wait for anyone. Most restaurants will not prepare food without it being paid for, those days were long ago.

It looks like they got some money out of their "complaint" which is clearly all they were after since now the 10 minute wait was no big deal at all and they consider everything "resolved." Lol!
