My daughter placed on line order for delivery! She was doubled charged(40.00) she tried to call store, no answer!
Drives to store, manager "jonh" not sure was his real name, he liked about everything else, he claims no order for her! She shows him the charges in her phone, he rudely tells her nothing he can do, he just walked away from her! She leaves w no food! And a double 20.00 charge!!Called spoke to Shawn, another manager, he says will figure it out and will cb!
That was 7 pm, called back at 830 was told Shawn left!!! And got John on phone, who continued to be rude yelling, talking over her, when. Asked who general manager was he hung up on her!!! I, her mom called back and got Trish's name as general manager!!
Wouldn't say when she's there though!! So now who is going to reimburse her the 40 00? And thanks to Panera and them not answering phone and her having to drive there, she got in trouble by her manager at UVA HOSPITAL, where she is a Medical Lab Scientist!!
And you can believe this will be told all over the hospital!! Worst service ever!!!
