My daughter placed on line order for delivery! She was doubled charged(40.00) she tried to call store, no answer!

Drives to store, manager "jonh" not sure was his real name, he liked about everything else, he claims no order for her! She shows him the charges in her phone, he rudely tells her nothing he can do, he just walked away from her! She leaves w no food! And a double 20.00 charge!!Called spoke to Shawn, another manager, he says will figure it out and will cb!

That was 7 pm, called back at 830 was told Shawn left!!! And got John on phone, who continued to be rude yelling, talking over her, when. Asked who general manager was he hung up on her!!! I, her mom called back and got Trish's name as general manager!!

Wouldn't say when she's there though!! So now who is going to reimburse her the 40 00? And thanks to Panera and them not answering phone and her having to drive there, she got in trouble by her manager at UVA HOSPITAL, where she is a Medical Lab Scientist!!

And you can believe this will be told all over the hospital!! Worst service ever!!!

Sounds like your daughter is over 18... so why isn't she making her own complaint, instead of you?


Anonymous, she did! went there with her co worker and she was treated like *** And she wasnt even asked if she even wanted any food, apparently since you dont want me to know who you are, you have no children??

When she tried for over an hour and they stole 60.00 from her and she never got any food, YES as her parents we got involved, so if you cant show who you are then I am guessing you probably work for this place they call a restaurant? who knows maybe you are the manager that was so rude to her??

So if you have nothing better to do than to read others complaints then I feel sorry for you. But again I am guessing you are the one we are speaking of, because if you werent then why are you reading complaints about this store and hiding your name?


oh and before you say it originally was 40.00 it was, when the bank took her money it was 29.00 on each transaction!
