Panera Bread - Rude Manager
As person who travel a lot, switching between Starbucks and Panera. I have the worst experience today 02/13/2017 @ 5:37PM at This location.
I walked in, greet the associate behind the counter, Not even a reply form her. "What can I do for you she said" I told her that I want to place an order but I have to call my wife first to ask her what she wants, she seems to be very impatient while I was on the phone, by the time I finished she already worked away. I call another associate for help and ask her why she left, she said because I was on the phone. I asked her if she can call her back to finish the order, she laugh and went to the back, and call the Manager.
The manager cam, asked me what happened, after explaining to her the situation, and telling her how badly I was mistreated. She rudely said". She is not coming back because she felt mistreated too. I was so shocked.
I asked her to cancel the order and I worked away. As a regular customer, I will absolutely never ever set a foot at that store again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Maybe next time call your wife before you start your order. It very rude to waste their time and talk on the phone
You should have called your wife before approaching the counter to order ! Surely you took the employee away from other duties while wasting her time waiting for your wife to decide. The world doesn't revolve around YOU.
