Stopped into Panera for late bite to eat after plane trip. Ordered pick 2.... squash soup, it was delicious and hot.

For a sandwich named “BACON” turkey bravo it was made with 1/2 slice of bacon, and very very small piece of gouda. I realize it was a half sandwich, but come on... 1/2 slice of bacon.

It’s been one of my top favorite sandwiches to order for years. This one had wilted “greens” and was a total disappointment. Also my husband’s sandwich had the same brownish wilted slimy “”greens”.

I never send something back to the kitchen with a complaint, sorry I don’t trust the chef won’t get annoyed and real fix it up “special”.

I’ll giive Panera another chance, but may be frequenting Jason’s Deli or FIrehouse Sub or Lenny’s or even ( god forbid) subway.

..... and that’s my 2 cents

Panera doesn't employ chefs, they have $9/hour cooks.

It was a generalization about not returning food back to kitchen. Just the way I feel. : p Not specific to Panera.
