My friend and I went to your location near 7th and Bell in Phoenix on Sunday, 08/05/2018.

We ordered and pooled our gift cards to pay.

When the food food arrived the following things were wrong:

Salad and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich - sandwich was smashed and had very little cheese on it. My friend decided not to complain.

Whole grilled cheese sandwich had paper between the cheese.

I took the whole sandwich back to the cashier and said I was not happy. Her reply was "you want a refund or a remake" No sorry or will make correct this. Annoyed but hungry I took the remake. I returned to my table to wait for my remade sandwich. My friend had check the receipt and found we were charged for 3 drinks not 2. She returned to the cashier for an adjustment. When she returned I went to the register to wait for the remade sandwich. When it was handed to me it was wrong again. It was made with one cheese and not the blend as ordered. I asked to speak to a manager and one appeared. She had no name badge and kept says she was not to here they called her in. I expressed my disappoint and again no "sorry" or form of concern for the error. She said several times they were very busy. There was a delay in the refund as she could not get the register to work. Upon getting a refund to the gift card she handed 3 free

drink cards with the comment "we usually have free food cards but are out of them".

I returned to my table where my friend noted the drink cards were expired -12/17/2017.

Neither one of use was happy as I had no lunch and she an incomplete one.

What was to be a special lunch treat turned out to be a very bad experience.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
