do not order online from the Plymouth store, at 16875 CO RD 24, they did not confirm my order, process my order and did not answer their phone so that i could confirm.

BUT they did have the time to charge my credit card twice. I finally called customer support and she confirmed that she did not see any order and they did not answer the phone for her either. When i asked her to remove the two charges, she told me to call back in a couple of days and if they did not remove the charges, she would take care of it then instead of taking care of it now.

they are obviously too busy for any customers.

The employees in the store did not charge your card, Panera bread online did.
