Went to draw coffee and a employee failed to click the spicket in place and place a guard around the spicket. I went back 2 weeks later and they installed a guard around the spicket.
Previously it freely turned spilling and burning my hand. An employee quickly ran to the coffee urn and explained that no one locked the spicket in place. This neglect caused my hand to have tremors and rehabilitation. Their insurance company refused to pay for the therapy.
I'm a Senior citizen that is an art teacher and does sculpting, not anymore, The hand remains with tremors and medicare payment.
