I ordered a bagel, soup and sandwich (in that order) but lo and behold after the cashier repeated my order correctly a couple of times confirming my order she neglected to ring my bagel and give me any utensils for my soup and I didn't notice until I got to work. Just sick of dealing with carelessness and lack of customer service.

This happens all the time, not just with Panera. It's very strange that people would drive away or walk out of a fast food joint without even bothering to look inside the bag to verify the order is correct. But, it happens often enough to question what the real problem is besides inept employees----look in the mirror.
